Review: We really liked them at first, my son became comfortable with his doctor then he was dropped as a patient and given to another doctor. Who does this to a kid? On top of the insane wait times. We've changed to a different practice and it's like night and day they are amazing and don't just push pills.

Review: I am deeply disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and communication from your company. Despite my numerous attempts to contact you regarding my daughter's case, I have been consistently placed on hold for extended periods, only to be disconnected or left without any assistance. It is concerning that your company is one of the sole providers for children under the age of 8, yet you fail to provide adequate support and accessibility. I recently experienced an instance where I was on hold for four hours where I'd be taken off hold, just to hear staff having a random conversation, then to be placed back on hold, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I recently received a missed call from your company that did not even ring once before disconnecting, I know as I was actively on my phone in that moment answering a text. This demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and hinders my ability to seek the necessary help for my child. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and implore you to improve your communication channels to ensure that parents can access the support they need for their children.

Review: Dr. O is great, and has been wonderful to my children. However, the staff at this location is absolutely incompetent. The Dr will tell us one thing, but when we call to get it done, the staff tells us we can’t do it. It’s only because they don’t want to. When you call, you will be put on hold for extended times (20+ min) and that is if they even answer. It is impossible to get anything done in a timely manner, they all step on each other’s toes, and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Be prepared to wait over an hour past your appt time to be seen. I have put up with the lack of competence for years now, I just cannot do it anymore, so we are leaving this practice.

Review: When you have a doctor that has become not just a friend but family you can't expect nothing less but top notch services from the team. The staff were great and highly customercentric providing me with an awesome care today. I highly recommend this clinic.Dr. Uzo happens to be one of the best in the field of psychiatry if not the very best in the state of Nevada.
