Review: This office has no idea how to run insurance. I've had the same insurance for a long time, which will never change because it's VA for life. I haven’t seen my psychiatrist in four months because this office has no idea how to verify insurance. I've even three way called the VA so they could tell Alliance insurance info. I miss appointments because they say they can’t figure it out. The only reason why I’m giving a two-star review is because I love my psychiatrist, Dr. Suba; otherwise, it would be a one-star review. I wish he wasn’t part of this office. But it’s very difficult when they outsource their billing department. People who need help can't even get it due to the incompetence of this office billing department.

Review: Review for Alliance Mental HealthYesterday, I visited Alliance Mental Health due to my struggles with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Unfortunately, the receptionist on the left did not provide the level of care one would expect from a mental health clinic. While she did not use rude language, her demeanor was far from friendly. She never smiled, spoke with impatience, and although she used polite expressions, the tone was harsh. For someone battling the conditions I face, this kind of interaction can be detrimental rather than supportive. I understand that everyone has bad days, but I would appreciate it if the management could address this with their front desk staff. A simple smile and a warm tone can make a significant difference for those seeking help.

Review: Be CAREFUL of the pitfalls! They do not frankly confirm you with insurance coverage like other places do. All the clinics I called before will frankly tell me they are out of network even without asking. I have double-checked with this place over the phone and in person about whether they are in the network. Every time, they said they accepted the insurance. But I end up having to pay $600+ by myself because they turn out to be out of network! They do not care whether you waste your money on surprising bills even with insurance. Unprofessional! This is the very first time that I have had to dispute a medical bill in the last 15 years!

Review: The only thing I appreciate about this place is Isabella and Christine. Everything else need renovation, renewal, rejuvenation and therapeutic setting. My time on Telemedicine with Mrs. Barnett is good enough for me. Her prescribed medications works for me.Unfortunately, they won’t accept my Humana Insurance now. I was previously with Medicaid.

Review: Yesterday I spoke with a gentlemen from their scheduling department who told me to show up at their office at 10:30am to fill out any paperwork and I would be seen by Marilyn Alvarez at 11:00am. 9:45am the day of, I received a phone message from their scheduling department and spoke with a female named KAT, who spoke broken English who told me my appointment has been moved to 11:45 am.I explained to her that’s not the time I was told yesterday and I’m goin to have to cancel and call back to reschedule because I can’t make it at 11:45 am, but she insisted on telling me that they don’t have a same day cancelation policy. It was as if she didn’t even comprehend what I was trying to explain to her. Unbelievably frustrating.This is the SECOND person at their scheduling department who spoke broken English and was very difficult to talk to. Their bedside manner was horrible, they didn’t understand what I was explaining to them and could not trouble shoot or find a reasonable solution to make me feel confident and comfortable making any further appointments with them.I asked to speak to someone else and she acted like a deer in headlights, clueless on who to contact and or what to do. I felt as if I was in a foreign country talking to incompetent people who can’t speak proper english, don’t know how to deal with patients and can only follow a script and push buttons. Other than that they are pretty useless. Besides this they have the nerve to want to charge you $50 same day cancellation fee. Maybe they should start hiring better people to handle their scheduling and they wouldn’t have so many cancellations. What a joke.I regret to say that I don’t feel comfortable and have zero confidence trusting this practice & scheduling department to meet my needs as a new patient and will be looking elsewhere.
