Review: Honestly I felt they were great. I did feel though that the front desk staff is a little callus... To those not understanding these services... This is NOT for talk therapy. A psychiatrist does not provide talk therapy, they work with your medication. You need to seek talk therapy with an actual therapist. I was a walk in I guess (even though my paperwork showed an appointment). The psychiatrist was great and he did what he was supposed to do.Again, this place is for your medication management and how you're managing your medicine NOT talk therapy like some of these reviews think it is.

Review: I really need to write a review of what one PA-C did to me quite a while back. Her name is Joan Carapucci. She was prescribing a benzo by the name of clonazepam to me for many years. This was against the law, so she took me off of the medication cold turkey. Additionally, she would not receive my phone calls and cut me off completely with no explanation. This caused me to go into maximum anxiety that forced me into detox X 2. It was hell getting off of this medication, as others can attest. This woman could care less about your health and welfare. Please avoid at all costs.

Review: Everything about this place SUCKS. The call center who sent me to the wrong place two weeks in a row probably outsourced to India who barely speak EnglishI’m a psychiatric nurse who has post traumatic stress syndrome. The people at the front desk have no clue about anything - young unsympathetic morons who are here to collect a paycheck and have no idea how to interact with patients. There is no one therapist or Dr left in this town who cares about anything but money.I have run psych units in this town - this is like cuckoos nest.

Review: The staff that's answering the phones are despicable. Rude and dismissive, discourteous individuals who are simply there to take up space, oxygen and collect their checks.I've only had one appointment at this location and whilst Pilar seems to be a decent APN-C, I am already considering booking an appointment at another office because of the front office staff.

Review: Nurse practitioner Valerie is sweet. But when it comes down to brass tacks she is very inefficient. Not able to handle her case loads Dr. Rosenman.It might not seem like a big deal too others if you run out of medicine 💊. But to me it's big. You have to chase her down. And still she doesn't send over anything on time or at all. Luckily my primary doctor came to my rescue. So IGot my sleepie time pills. So I won't be on bended knee trying to get it done at desert psychiatry. There other places out thereSo shop wisely if you want 💯 service.
