Review: Provided me with the direction, support, and adjustments to my medications that I desperately needed. I was in a position where I felt that I was not in need of hospitalization, but needed treatment that same day. I called and made a same day appointment. I was able to discuss and adjust my meds and have a therapy session that same day. I was provided arrangements for continuing care with long term providers and was able to continue treatment at Halo until those appointments were established. Highly recommended.Thank you very much for this service. Thank you to the entire Halo Team. 🙂

Review: I went to Halo mental health at an extremely low point in my life. Out of every one who works there, only one, genuinely seem to care about what I was going through. Unfortunately that was not enough. It took 6 days for them to even get the prescription sent to the pharmacy correctly. And the gentleman they had manning the phones really did not care about their patients.I have been managing on my own since.EDIT: TO THE OWNER. It's a little late to ask for forgiveness. I was there last week for my second appointment bringing up the issues I mentioned in this post. Where were you last week when I was in the office? And your excuses for the prescription is ridiculous. Regardless of how messed up the the health system is, sending a prescription to a pharmacy should not be one of them. Whether the pharmacy has the medication are not the prescription being received by the pharmacy should not be affected.

Review: Everyone was so amazing. I called and got an appointment the same day. everyone was so welcoming and kind. And I was reluctant to go , but the doctor Elizabeth made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I strongly recommend this office. I was calling around for 2 days trying to get an appointment at different places, they were all booked for months out. Then. I came across Halo, and was shocked when they said I could come in same day , and I'm really glad I did.

Review: Dr. Coffman and Nia have been the highlight of my time living here, thus far, in Vegas. From the very moment that I started treatment with them I have felt like I found the best mental health team in the area, and I really do not care who thinks otherwise. All of our experiences will differ.I did not find them until I had been here almost a year but I am very glad that I did not give up. They were not the first places which I called - NONE of those places seemed very helpful, given that I filled out all of their paperwork and then did as I was instructed. Then one day a guy named Paul reached out. That guy was very helpful in that he did not tell me one thing and then go about his merry way, never returning calls or bothering to answer emails. He totally called back, texted and sent emails to make certain that when I went to my initial appointment, that what I was told was going to happen DID happen. And, for as long as I know that I need further treatment with the things that I do not just talk to anyone about I will continue to stay in their care. They are very much the best therapist team that I have ever sought help from. Liz is very good with past trauma and making sense of it all (and reminding me what I already know - that none of what I experienced was also anything that I deserved) and it TOTALLY HELPS A WHOLE LOT that Nia is Keiki O Kaʻāina - Hawaiian, who is very aware and practices our cultural traditions, which not too many people realize is important to ANYONE AT ALL. For Kanaka Maoli, it is VERY important. Hawaiians.. Polynesians...we do not seek out mental health care from those outside of our ohana. However, I feel like if more of us in this area knew about the way that EVERYONE is treated (very well, like OHANA) , they might not feel so ugh about treatment. If you are looking for mental health practitioners, Liz and Nia are the BEST in ALL OF VEGAS. Please give them a call!

Review: My husband inquired about their services but felt that it wouldn't be a good fit becuz the man he spoke to on the phone was vry rude and couldn't tell me how much my copay would be or if my insurance would cover anything. Even though the website says they accept HPN. I wanted to do hipnotherapy but couldn't get straight answer if that was available or not even though the website that was one of the services offered. I got upset at my husband because I thought he called the wrong place but turns out it was just the man on the phone was not matching what the website said. Very misleading. But I read the reviews and it looks like the staff their are great so it just sucks that I won't meet them. If I could give 0 starts I would
