Review: I have seen many therapist over my time and Kelly Loveless has been by far the BEST! She has provided me with the tools needed to keep me on base. She is very compassionate, empathetic, and sympathetic. Sometimes I forget that I’m talking to a therapist because of her calm non judgmental demeanor. She helps me to feel at peace and I feel like I’m being provided with the best service, I don’t feel like I’m “just another patient” I really feel like she could be my best friend. I appreciate the time she gives to me. She makes my day and I look forward to talking with her. She puts a smile on my face and for a few moments during our session my issues don’t seem so overwhelming. Thank you so much Kelly L. Keep doing what you do to help make this world (well at least a few folks in Las Vegas) better and a little more tolerant. Your an amazing therapist and everyone should take a chapter from ur book.

Review: The staff is rude and unprofessional. They have no empathy, they never read a patients case file in advance, each patient is a number and not an actual person. The ladies at the pharmacy are the best, especially Stormy! However, Kelly Loveless specifically, she’s just that, love-less. She called from some out of state number 20 minutes BEFORE the appt time, got mad when I stated I thought we were meeting on zoom and that she was early. I tried to explain I was putting groceries in an Uber and she sucked her teeth as if I called her outside of our scheduled meeting time. She called me and was disrespectful then ultimately refused to do my son’s intake or see him as she hung up on me because I stated she’d shown no empathy at all during the call. Had she read over my son’s case file she would have known why he was her newest patient and would have known that his need to see her was due to the violent act committed against me leaving me with a traumatic brain injury. Instead she demanded I relive all that in a 10 minute call so she can satisfy her own curiosity. This office is a culmination of those that couldn’t be hired elsewhere. Pitiful really.

Review: I do not recommend this place if you require controlled medications. Yohannes Wolde has a bias to Alprazolam (xanax), I am prescribed 1.5mg daily. I asked for an increase as my anxiety is very severe, I needed an increase to last me throughout the day and not just the morning. Dr. Yohannes Wolde advised me he would be taking me off the medication slowly. This frustrated me because I am not improving whatsoever with my anxiety without it. Why take away medication that helps me? I have no records of substance abuse, this is pure bias on the doctor. He then prescribed me a medication that I told him I already used before and had no success with. Yet, he still prescribed it to me and again stated he would be lowering my Alprazolam dose next month. No real reason as to why, besides him stating that alprazolam can be "addictive".

Review: This is why Mental Health is so prevalent in Vegas. Called to make an Appointment in JANUARY. Took 30 days just for the parental appointment. Before leaving the office they made my child appointment that was 4 weeks out. Before I could even get home they called to change it and it was pushed even further. The appointment landed on 3/20 (over 90 days since initial appointment) and they tell me 2 hours before her appointment that they need to cancel and reschedule yet another 4 weeks out. This whole company is a joke!
