Review: Workers keep quitting, my disabled mother has had workers steal money from her in the past while being a client here. She's had workers who refuse to pay her bills with the money she received for her SSI until she was in dept and forced to pay Mohave Mental health back and was left with no monthly allowance for her personal items, etc. The way this place is ran is horrible.

Review: I'm shocked to see the low scores here. My life has been forever changed by this place. I've never experienced such a dedicated team. My social worker goes above and beyond. I'm almost afraid to say it, but he goes so far as to deliver medication when I'm indisposed. My treatment plan, from top to bottom, is incredibly personalized and accommodating. I honestly think I'd be homeless if it weren't for these folks getting me on my feet over a period of YEARS. I don't know how other folks got such a bad experience, but mine was some of the best/most dedicated health care I've ever received.

Review: Could it be that this agency is not controlled by anyone? It's been over 3 years that I keep seeing people complain horribly about the service they provide at this clinic. Why has this not been resolved? I'll never come back. I don't have to put up with their attitudes if they don't like to work because they don't keep doing it anymore. you should look for more dedicated and personable employees. Not these cannibalistic people. because that's what they seem to be. They talk in such a way that it seems they want to eat people. You have to talk to the director of this clinic to solve the problem with his staff or go to the health department. I will meet with my team and there we will complain directly, all of them with bad experiences. this cannot continue to happen.

Review: Had counseling at CSN and then came here because the person I talked to worked here! They said that this was where they worked if I wanted long-term therapy and I did. The whole process was smooth and they were welcoming. I called them, said I knew someone there and wanted to schedule with them, and they scheduled me with a case manager to get started. Whole process took around 1-2 weeks and I ended my case today. Lasted around six months and I am happy and satisfied. I feel like I can better rationalize and be more independent.

Review: The place is kinda suspicious. I feel like they take advantage of their clients financially, especially considering most of their clients have mental disabilities and get some sort of social security income. And bc the clients are not all the way there mentally this place can get away with more unethical practices.
