Review: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I saw a therapist here for a few months and she was amazing. She ended up dropping out of the practice and I was told I would get a reference call. I did not receive a reference call for a new therapist for two week. I called and left a VM. A week went by and I called again and left a VM. ANOTHER week went by and I was FINALLY able to get a hold of someone who said they would have someone to call me. ANOTHER week went by. Its now a month since I was told I would get a reference call. I then receive a $300 invoice in the mail with no explanation on how to pay it or rescheule. I have been calling for almost a month 1/2 to reschedule and I was JUST now told that I can't reschedule until I pay the bill. The manager of the place told me "Its policy we do not call or talk to the patient until the bill is paid" which is understandable but why did it take 6 weeks for someone to speak to me and tell me that? HIGHLY unprofessional and HORRIABLE management. Manager had nothing to say to me except "I am sorry" and then got quiet. They do NOT care about the people who need help.

Review: When no other establishments would return my calls, I received a return call from Neubauer Mental Health Services. Carissa was able to work with my child and help her work through her issues. I saw a noticeable difference in just a few weeks. Carissa is a kind and compassionate individual. She really cares about her clients and takes a personal interest in their emotional growth. I would highly recommend Neubauer Mental Health Services.

Review: Three stars is very generous and I only give the three stars because of the previous therapist I had she was actually wonderful her name was Michelle. but she no longer works there and now that I had recently got a new therapist I have felt neglected and unseen. There was even a session where she was mostly on her phone and not even paying attention to me. I felt like it was one of those shows or movies where you get a therapist and they're just like mhmm mhmm and how does that make you feel. And I just recently called and no one answered the phone, i probably wont get a call back. Im am done with therapy for awhile until i find one to meet my requirements.

Review: As someone who was really struggling, I needed the help and they abandoned me in my time of need. They forgot me after I called for them to "verify insurance." Which took 3 weeks. I called another clinic and they verified in seconds. Maria has 0 personality and customer relationship management skills. My scheduled appointment was canceled by Maria without my knowledge and I had to call back a week later to find out what happened. They are failures at communication. They tried to invoice me for incomplete services on a homemade Word Doc invoice using fake invoice numbers. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Literally, you can go talk to a brick wall and receive better support.
