Review: The only star in this review is for front staff but all the rest were zapped out by the very unprofessional service of Patrick Apilado. Patrick has not returned any of my calls over two weeks nor any of the messages from his staff. I do not recommend any office that would hire a "professional" that was not thoroughly vetted.

Review: I want to make this very clear: the providers, especially Louis, and the front are FIVE OUT OF FIVE! Great people who are kind, patient and helpful! I can’t thank them enough.HOWEVER, the billing department here is a joke. They backlogged 6 months of appointments, processed them INCORRECTLY and have refused to talk to me or my insurance. Not only is the service wrong, but they have me under a different provider not covered by my insurance, costing me thousands, that I’ve never even heard of let alone met. I’m not sure what’s going on over there, but its been a month of trying to get this corrected with ZERO communication. But of course they have time to resend every bill to my insurance unedited. Thanks.

Review: Only gave 1 star if I didn't I would not have been able to leave a review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovey woman gave my insurance card, ID and paided my copay. Iarrived 30 mins early to fill out new patient form I turned them in when I was done around 3:25pm my appointment was scheduled at 3:40pm. I arrived with 3 other patients 1 of whice was filling out her new patient forms her appt was at 3:45pm all were called to the back within minutes of eachother. I waited to be called in I patiently waited one by one those 3 patients who's appt were at around the same time as mine came out made new appts and then left the office. I sat there waiting to be called back to see Patrick at 4:18pm I informed the 2 very lovely ladies at the receptionist counter that I was leaving. I was walking out the door when I heard one of the receptionist tell the other lady and the young man standing behind the counter that she told him twice I was there. I drove out of the parking lot at 4:24pm immediately called my insurance company to make sure they did not pay for the appt that when I was infirmed that the young woan looked up the reviews and told me there had be other complaints dealing with my exact issue. I called the following day to make sure they sent back my copayment to me and talk to someone else not in that clinic the young lady I spoke with was amazing she took down the information. The next day or so I received a call from another young lady she was calling me about returning my copay we hung up she called back again because I had a appt with another person in the same office whice we canceled she apologized a number of times actually everyone apologized multiple time except the therapist who left me waiting 40/45 minutes after my scheduled appt time. It's ironic that their paperwork states that you the patient needs to be held accountable as well as moniterly if a appt is missed or not canceled at least 24 hrs of your scheduled appt yet the therapist in the back are not held to the same standards.

Review: Mt attorney has repeatedly asked why they have a lien against my settlement. Hy health insurance provider has clearly paid them but yet they still have a lien. Can't get a straight answer. You can see why they have but 2 stars!!!~
