Review: The staff are professional and compassionate, especially provider Kasey Dean. He ensures that safety is a top priority, particularly with medications. Kasey takes the time to listen and explain treatments in a way that makes the patient feel comfortable and informed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking mental health support.

Review: I couldn’t give it a zero star or I would’veI have been with this facility for a yew years now, so it’s not the facility I have a problem with, it’s Nurse practitioner Kasey Dean, who I had an appt with today for the first time.1. I have an underage child and the provider should be talking to me and my child, not ignoring and disregarding when a parent is talking to him.2. He needs to be trained on how to communicate better with his patients. As a parent I shouldn’t have to ask him the same question 3-4 times.Question: why can’t you increase my kids adderall MG if my kid is saying the meds are no longer helping him as such a low dosage? We got no answer, until I asked 3-4 times.3. I was TOLD I would have to call the front desk at Satori and see another provider and when I asked why? I was cut off mid-sentence and TOLD to call the front desk. I asked again why he couldn’t increase the dosage and was cut off AGAIN by this provider while he recited the main number to Satori.4. Rather than have a civil adult conversation with the parent of the patient? This provider thought it was better to cut me off and ROLL HIS EYES CONSTANTLY. Yes, he rolled his eyes an innumerable amounts of times while on the virtual call with me and my kid. This provider showed no respect, his behavior was unreasonable and the experience disgraceful to say the least.5. To top it off, I was still explaining to him and I was trying to resolve the situation so my son could get his medication and he disconnected the call.6. My kid was prescribed no medication. IThis provider refused treatment for my kid

Review: Been going there a while tried several different medicines nothing seemed to work the staff and everybody was great to work with me and try and make me feel better finally we tried Adderall and my life changed I felt better I was happy I thought praise God finally after one or two years so everything was fine till I had a downfall and I couldn't get a appointment with my normal provider there so they scheduled me Kasey Dean everything was okay for a couple months then I had some problems with my phone and he would get very short with me like he didn't like me or something drug test at me which was fine I took them never abused the medicine took it everyday like I was supposed to he would say he would have the opposite call and then hang up on me I would have to call the. Office myself i was told he wants to see me in person and I explained that I was happy with the way things were going and thank them and he said that he wasn't going to give me the Adderall anymore wanted me to try some different antidepressants after I explained they didn't work so he said I guess there's nothing we can do your refusing to take this medicine when I explain why change something that's working it was obvious there was nothing I could say so I just got up and left now I don't have medicine or nothing bottom line you'll probably be okay going there as long as you don't see him or let him treat you opinion thank you for listening
