Review: I filled out and submitted the web form and as soon as I put my phone in my lap, I received a friendly call from a rep who assisted immediately with my intake form.I arrived to my first appointment yesterday and every single person was so kind, friendly, and helpful.The way I was treated should be the norm. I had a better experience with Serenity than I have anywhere else.I really look forward to my journey towards mental well-being with the help of Serenity!If anyone is on the fence or needs help and doesn’t know where to start regarding mental health, reach out to Serenity! Review: I was having anxiety problems, and this place provided me with amazing assistance. My life has truly changed as a result of the TMS treatment. Throughout my therapy, I felt that I was receiving genuine care from the skilled and sympathetic staff.

Review: I wish I could give ZERO. I was a patient for a long time with a provider who genuinely cared about patients, unfortunately he is not longer there. Apparently he was laid off for not pushing patients to do TMS treatments for patients who didn’t need it. When I needed help with my FMLA paperwork renewal, which I have been doing every year , I was told by “ETHAN” that if I wanted my paperwork to be filled out I had to start TMS treatment which is ridiculous because they didn’t even first adjust my medication , I was in the same medication for some time , so instead of following the treatment line they wanted me to do what’s more PROFITABLE for them . Feels more like your not a patient your a client. During my appointment with Dr Thongdy she didn’t cared about what I had to say she just again pushed me to do TMS. Even tho I expressed concerned and I told them I was not ready. They really tried hard to sell me that treatment by BLACKMAILING me about not doing my paperwork. I’m glad I found a more PROFESSIONAL AND CARING provider , who was just able to adjust my meds and renew my FMLA. I do not suggest anyone to use their services. They are getting providers fired when they don’t sell their more profitable treatments. STAY AWAY.
