Review: I was there for a couple days when I was discharged my small backpack with my drivers license, passport, and social security card were stolen. Including my shoes and clothes I walked in with. Up to this day waiting for a higher up to call me and see what their answer is because when I go into the place the person Ishould speak too is never there. Thid place is supposed to give me all belongings back because that is the purpose in putting my stuff behind lock.

Review: Nurse Kami was the worst nurse that I have ever encountered in my life. This is by far the worst facility that I have ever been to in my life. My doctor ignored me for most of the time that I was there and cut the meetings short with me. The nurses were very combative very rude and angry with their jobs they argued with patients they did not care or cater to patients. The nurses were aggressive when I told them that I was going to sue they yelled at me the whole time I was there I felt uncomfortable. They did not allow me to see my doctor until later at night to avoid me getting discharged earlier. They did not allow me to have phone calls people were calling me and they would say that I was busy when I really wasn’t. They made me miss lunches. And they punished me for wanting to be on a vegan diet. They called me Jayla the whole time I was there even though I corrected them and that is not my name. Worst place every. The nurses and social workers and doctors were very standoffish towards me they avoided speaking with me they lied on me and referred me to a rehab facility my labs are cleanThis place is a big joke.

Review: If I could give this place a zero, I would. Unbelievably horrible customer service and patient service. I have a family member at this hospital and no information was provided to us of her transfer to this location and no information of her status. We had do a lot of detective work. When we were able to connect to this hospital we were initially provided little information. We were told that we would receive more detailed information in 24 hours. Again, no information. We have had to literally stand outside their doors to talk to someone who had no information, but some generic response. If this hospital cared about our loved ones getting better they should know better, and the family for their input. Because as family, we have a close personal relationship with these people and know their history. We can provide their staff with first hand information to better serve their patients with a quick and successful outcome. Please staff, at Spring Mountain Sahara, take a healthcare communications class to better serve not only your patient's, but the patient's family!!!

Review: This is deservedly a vey bad review. I had a brutal migraine that lasted 14 days. A relative with whom I didn’t speak called the cops reporting I was suicidal, and here’s where I landed 7 days into the migraine. The doctors a d staff seemed to think they know more about my problem than I did, treating me for something that didn’t even exist. Meanwhile, the sound-enhancing floors, lack of curtains, brutal schedule of meetings I was forced to attend, food worse than what you’d get in prison all made this the single worst experience of myLife. It was simply torture. Bed sheets of sandpaper. The docs wouldn’t listen to me and wouldn’t let me out. And did i mention there are all sorts of nuts running around and screaming. I had to lie to the docs to get out — 7 days later. Filed a formal complaint but you can bet what happens when a company investigated itself. Exoneration. A big screw you to everyone involved. You shouldn’t be in business!!
